Recommend a TV please

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a new TV that I'd like to have 4k UHD, HDR and is 65".

I can get the Panasonic 65fx600b for £800 but wondering if there's any better at around that price (maybe up to £1000)?

I enjoy watching football on Sky Q, movies on Sky/Netflix/Amazon ect and playing Xbox.

What do you think? Thanks.

You need to spend a more than that to get a decent level of HDR ability. I don't think the FX600 is even wide gamut which tends to be the cheapest HDR hardware.

Sony's XF90 at £1500 for 65" is generally considered a good starting point for HDR.

So if this is replacing a broken TV than it's a choice between spending more or accepting HDR will be something for the TV after this one.

If you're upgrading from a working TV, then you may want to wait another few years.

Thanks very much.

Sorry, I was just going by what the actual tv was advertised as (which does state HDR).

Maybe I should just request recomendations of TV's under the £1000 - 55" - 65".

Any recomendations on which would be best for what I need?

Is the Panasonic the best in this category or is it not very good? Thanks.

Any recommendations on a TV up to £1000? 55" - 65"?

Was thinking the NU8000 which is about £730 for the 55" and £1050 for the 65".

Any alternatives I should look at please?

Thanks.

Never mind... Went for the 55" NU8000 in the end.

Hopefully not going to regret it.
