I do not believe there are any switches that can do full 4:4:4 specially at 4k. In fact i am not even sure if the PS4 pro uses 4:4:4 60hz HDR.... I think it uses RGB or 4.2.2 ycbcr max.

Edit: Miss read with 2nd paragraph that i removed. However i am still quite sure the PS4 pro does not use 4:4:4 full chroma at 60hz etc.

can anyone recommend a UK power supply for the 5 port Ligawo HDR ?
The UK adaptor route is quite flimsy

I just used a EU travel adapter from Argos and it has been working perfectly. Afraid i can't recommend a UK power supply.

Could you be thinking if something along these lines, either with multiple ends or one with just the one moulded on correct sized end... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B017OMEW4Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_8hbWybV3R6W47

Thanks guys.
I use a travel adaptor but had to relocate plug when adding the Nintendo Switch to the mix. This caused the power cable to be stretched a bit and it seemed like it could pull out easily.
But I have ordered a power supply like above for simplicity

Hoping somebody can help, im unsure what exactly i need for my needs.I bought a ps4 pro, i use it on a samsung ue55ku6470u.Upon setting it up i realised it only had 1 hdr port data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7Now, im not in any dire urgent need for a second 4k connection at this point (if i see something at a reasonable price i will buy it tho), the only 4k hdr device i use is the ps4 pro.I will eventually be getting a 4k xbox one/scorpio/4k blu ray player etc, so i will need another 4k source.

Basically i only need 2 4k ports, is it a 4k hdr switch i need?I'm a bit lost with all these connection types ie uhd / hdr / splitters / switches etc.I want to run both these consoles at their max resolution.

Should i be looking at something like the Ligawo switch?

I really appreciate all the help.

This is what a lot of us use
LIGAWO 3090064 5 x 1 HDMI Switch - Black: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics

Someone asked me to recommend a switch that works with HDR and I told them about the ligawo but then I've come across this

SMARTOOO 23031 HDMI 2.0 HDR HDMI Switcher 4:4:4: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics

Is that any good??

blackmesa8 Publish time 1-12-2019 22:18:38

Ok so it looks almost identical to the Ligawoo switches even its remote control looks identical design. No doubt this is made by the same people. Question is have they improved it. The original Ligawoo one for that price had 5 inputs that only has 2 or 3. Also be warned if like Ligawoo and it really does look like its came out of the exact same factory using the same casing for device and control. It may come with a EU power cable. The Ligawoo's all did.

Says this

PACKAGE CONTENTS:
1. Main unit 1pcs
2. Three-pin British plug 5V Power Adaptor 1pcs
3. Remote control 1pcs
4. User manual 1pcs.

Also I thought the ligawo at £55 only came with 3 inputs??
