Just bought 4k tv that says its 50hz how will this affect my gameing?

Hi guys so i just bought this tv: toshiba 43vl5a63db 43" smart 4k ultra hd led tv as an early christmas present to prepare for ps5's release. I had never owned or even seen 4k before and was drawn in by the low price....the tv comes in a months time. But after haveing ordered the tv i looked at the specs on the site i bought it from and it says its 50hz which all my friends are saying is really low and bad for gameing. Im from the england and haveing done some research i know that allot of our programs are broadcast at 50hz so that might be why its a 50hz tv but can someone please tell me how it being 50hz will affect my gameing or if anyone has any knowledge about the model i ordered, could they please tell me if its possible it might be able to do 60hz? heres a link to the site i bought it from TOSHIBA 43VL5A63DB 43" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV so you can see the specs i saw, any help would be much apreciated as i am starting to wander if i made a bad purchase. Also could u please tell me how good of a tv it is? as i dont really have much knowledge and sort of blindly made the purchase.

All TVs sold in the UK can run at both 50hz and 60hz, although you're not going to see much of a difference between them if whatever your gaming system is can output at both.

Your friends are having you on by claiming 50fps is far worse than 60fps

do u know for this specific model though? as i cant find anything on the actual specs of the model online to confirm that :/ and id feel much better knowing it could 100% do 60hz and subsiquently 60fps lol. And well they pc game so they use 144hz monitors... so when i said mine was 50.....
