LightwaveRF Gen2 Pairing Issue

Having previously used the Gen1 Lightwave kit with no issues, Im now upgrading to Gen2 but have hit a problem with the first dimmer Ive tried to link.

The Link Plus is set up and the app can see it, the dimmer (2 gang) is wired and the lights work as they should.However, any attempt to pair the dimmer to the Link Plus results in a "request has timed out error" - the LEDs flash on the dimmer and the link plus and the dimmer and the link plus are around 12 feet away from each other.Ive tried the app on an iPad and an iPhone with no luck, the request always times out.

Any ideas?

Think you must reset the dimmer or unlink it from the previous link first. I had sameissue, it worked for me.

Strange thing is that the dimmer was purchased brand new but it thought it was already linked so I've been through the process of unlinking it already.
