Visonic Powermaster 33 does not disarm

Hello,
I just installed a Powermaster 33 and enrolled a magnetic contact MC-302V.
When I want to disarm from AWAY using a user code, this does not work. Disarming with a keytag or the VisonicGo app works fine.
Disarming from HOME does work with the code.....

Why is the user code not working? Please help.

change disarm option to all in operation mode
