Thank you for the advice. I actually took the plunge and invested in Heatmiser for the electric underfloor heating and then also extended it to my wet underfloor heating when the need arose to also fit it with a floor sensor. I was initially unsure if they could work together in this way, but all seems fine. Whilst I have purchased HomeSeer, I have not yet installed it, but the objective is to control both systems from HomeSeer.

Yes, I think it was as your comments that first led me to look into it. I do have a HomeSeer question for which I still need an answer. I am looking to add a few power sockets that I would like to control with HomeSeer and would like to know what is needed/ will work. I had noticed the LightwaveRF L42 but can’t find mention of a plug-in although I did find a thread talking of LightwaveRF with XCOM (but then told this wont work with L42). Do you know if L42 can be controlled and whether I would also need the LightwaveRF hub as well?

I've been very impressed with my Genius Hub system: Home Genius Hub Smart Zoned Heating Control For Your Home - Genius Hub

It's not the cheapest but as I'm on oil, the saving can be significant - I achieved a circa 40% reduction in my heating bills. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
