Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I've only just seen your message. To be honest, as I've not heard the PMC's or the Splendor's, it would be daft to comment although I will say out of all the other speakers I've heard at this price point, I would have to say that both the PMC's and Splendor's would have to be up with the some of the best speakers I've heard and as I'm a fuss pot when it comes to accuracy data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Hi Shane.

Don't worry about the delay mate, life gets in the way of hi-fi sometimes.. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

I ended up opting for the Spendor A7's and they are absolutely fantastic! I'm hearing sounds I just didn't hear from the Dali's I had before.
I'm still breaking them in so the bass is a touch overpowering at the moment but I'm assured by the guys at Spendor and my dealer that this will pass on time.
The demo units I heard on a few occasions were extremely tight and fast when it came to bass so I know what they're capable of.... data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

I feel my Arcam isn't doing them justice though so I'll wait a while and see how they get on together and go from there.....

I'm buying a DAC so I'll see the difference immediately in sound profile and frequency response compared to the Arcam. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Whilst this looks promissing, and I like the fact it has Roon, I still don't see HDMI on the back, is it still a bit vapourware, i.e. someone has photoshop'ed something up that will be here soon, but it's no been seen in the flexh, maybe next month, or the month after, or next Xmas, which next Xmas etc..... data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

With DiracLive in there, this looks like just about all the amp any one needs.

120W into 8 Ohms and nearly a doubling into 4 Ohms (220W).

I cant find its current swinging ability but I’d imagine it’s ‘adequate’ for all but the nastiest of speakers and hugest rooms.

Other one I have my eye on is the new NAD with DIRAC and BlueSound built in!?!

I've been intrigued with Room Correction amps for a while now and been looking at various options including the the new Nad M10 and the Lyngdorf TDAI-2170. Looking at the Arcam it does tick alot of boxes and on paper looks a beast of a amp.

The one I saw, just checked, is not an integrated but a Pre, the NAD C 658. It looks good and may make it easier to integrate into an AV setup as you can use a 3 channel amp for all front 3.

Hi.

Does anyone have any more info about the SA30? Has release been delayed? Seems online availability is saying late november, but then there are little or no reviews out there for it, which seems odd. If it’s not yet available what are the chances of any deals on the RRP? seems slim.

whilst it’s a relative expensive integrated amp, on paper it ticks many boxes for me, been considering it as something to invest in and not worry again about having to replace for many years.

cheers
