Stylusplus.co.uk not answering
Has anybody had any dealings with stylusplus.co.uk lately. I placed an order for a stylus and the money was taken immediately on the 6th April . A confirmation email was received.Since then Ihave tried ringing them numerous times and emailed them twice as 7 working days have passed. They say on their website delivery after a delivery email should take up to 7 working days.I`ve got a funny feeling about this company though it gives an address and phone number that just rings and rings.

There are also a few bad reviews going back 2 years under it's previous name karasonline.co.uk

Stay well clear of this company or you will lose your money like me. Sounds like a scam - get a chargeback or whatever you can. I`ll give Barclaycard a ring.Thanks bit late now but ive just purchased a stylus for my cartridge from mantra-audio ordered it saturday evening arrived tuesday. cant recommend them high enough. Barclaycard are giving me the money . They are sending me a form to fill in and then they will be going after stylus plus. //static.avforums.com/styles/avf/smilies/clap.gif I know a few Kentish bikers who would consider paying a visit , for a crate of beer ... ? Does it have to be HiFi related to use this service? They also took our money really quickly, never delivered and don't answer their phone.Avoid at all costs.
Phone Barclays about the money and Trading Standards to look into this company. Thought I'd share my experience with this "company".
I ordered a new stylus on 17th July, without searching online for reviews first - More fool me.
Emailed them on 26th July and got no reply. Found various negative reviews online in the meantime.
Emailed again on Tuesday of this week - Very blunt wording saying get my order to me by Friday or I go to Trading Standards, Action Fraud & do a chargeback on my card.
That email was not replied to as well, but it was obviously read because my order arrived today. Packet and invoice stink of cigarette smoke but the order is correct, sealed and undamaged.
