sim pin in upper mic

Heyo everybody!

So a few days ago I got my new phone and when I wanted to insert my sim card, I accidentally poked the upper mic of my samsung galaxy a70 with the sim pin. I checked the mic and it works fine. Is there anything else that I might have broken in the proces? I didn't push the pin in really hard.
