Safe using phone when 45 degrees Celcius?

Is it safe to use your phone while it's 45 degrees Celcius outside (113F)?

Yep, although I would avoid using it while it's charging, or for an extended period of time.

They get sold in plenty of countries where it get's that hot.

No idea if all phones are protected but my Note got a warning message and shut down when I was listening to music in the sun.

I’ve had the same in very hot areas.

The more immediate concern is touching the material, it can get very hot to the touch.
