New phone for teenage nephew

Hi

I am thinking of buying my nephew a new phone for Christmas as his current one is giving lots of issues.
I didn't really want to go much past £100. I have looked at Nokia 4.2, Samsung A20e and Motorola E6 Plus.

Any advice welcome.
