I'm trying to install the system update that comes up with the game in but it's busting my balls over a battery level even though I'm charging!!!!

I want to cry.

I stuck this on and must say I think this has real promise. It is enough nostalgia and change that it could really be something special. Although most Zelda games are.

What version is your 3ds once you update of the game cart.?

Soundburst Publish time 27-11-2019 03:16:51

I'll check for you when I quit the game.

The only thing that's annoying me is when you get killed by a boss you have to leave the entire dungeon ; go get the tool you need (an arrow for example) then go all the way back to the dungeon and repeat the entire thing by walking the whole way through everything you've already done : there are no portals data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Maybe I'm missing something but if there's a difficult boss later on then that could get incredibly annoying!

Moving is AMAZING. So good to use a analogue knob to move instead of the stylus. Feels entirely new lol.

The graphics are vibrant and fresh. Fantastic art direction and the 3D IS AMAZING. Seriously it's like looking into a beautiful window painting lol.

I've had a portal appear in the palace dungeon?

I love the turning into the wall power, great fun and will lend another aspect to the puzzles later on!. What was that about the stylus, you had to move with the stylus in earlier games?.

Loving this. About 3-4 hrs in and it's very good. The picture mechanic is a great feature and I keep forgetting about it when I get stumped...data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Not to dissimilar to the original (obviously) but, that's no bad thing. Link to the Past was my favourite Zelda by far as it was the first truly epic game I ever played. What I would say is that the map feels very small today and whether that is because most of today's RPG's are so big, I don't know. It just doesn't feel as big as it used to. Not that it matters because the gameplay is still there and if memory serves, this is one long game to finish.

I think it was either Spirit Tracks or Phantom Hourglass. You had to use the stylus to draw symbols on screen to activate magic doors and other stuff. It was a pain imo, but not as much of a pain as the timed Dungeon.....data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
