Really wanted to buy this but can't because of it's always-on DRM.

I can't allow myself to download a game that - even though it's offline single player - requires a constant internet data connection.

Annoying for my little foster brother too as his iPad is restricted from internet; Minions (one of his favourite games on iPad) also needs an internet connection when they make an update rendering his game unplayable.

Nintendo lost 2 £8.99 sales for this stupid plan. Not that they'll care cus they'll have sold a lot haha.
