8BitDo

Thought I'd share some great additions to my NES classic and SNES classic:

                                                                                                                                        /proxy.php?image=https://i.imgur.com/XpDMZfa.jpg&hash=5121d287f33acb16d3a2a2064bf094da

They are really nice and responsive - none of the lag that I feared and that stopped me buying them earlier.
The NES one has the SNES button layout but you don't notice it at all in play and it's lovely to play untethered to the system.
The SNES one is the NA one which is less colourful than the EU one granted, but has the bonus of the X Y buttons being Concave (scalloped out) rather than Convex so differentiating them from the A B without having to glance. The other wired one it replaced has gone back in the box for safekeeping.

Both come with charging cables and receivers and are a cinch to use - I plugged 'em in, pressed the pair button on them and they worked off the bat.

(The 2 cord extensions I bought originally are being put to use on controller 2 for the systems so they haven't been wasted).

Overall brilliant for the money imo (£23 SNES NA, £29 NES EU)

I have the SF30 Pro and think it's superb for the Switch. Lots more buttons, but can't fault it at all. Got mine for £26 delivered on offer at Xmas via eBay.

Looks kind of wrong, but feels perfect.

I got the NES30 Pro and SNES 30 Pro for the Switch. The SNES was great the first time I used it. But it quickly died on me and I got a refund. The NES 30 was okay, but doesn't connect nicely. A little hassle. And doesn't keep a battery charge if you charge it up and leave it for a week. I've stopped using it.

I just bought a Pro controller and a wired controller.

I love them, and the SNES one worked super well when I first got it. It just died, and it's probably just a single bad unit. It makes me sad, but there you have it. Please enjoy your 8bitdo controllers, everyone!
