Yes a massive difference although in 2017/18 you should be getting more than 1Mbps from a regular connection

Depends on how far away you are from the exchange, average speed for me here is 2.3Mbps but others just down the road never exceed 0.9Mbps
Thank god fibre has finally arrived and will be activated next Friday then I should be getting 70Mbps as a minimum.

Afraid at those speeds downloads will take a very long time with it only downloading 1Gb every 90 minutes, not sure on the exact size of Forza Horizon but I would imagine around 50Gb so you are looking at a 75 hour download.
