Dead xbox one X E105

Darn it just as I was getting into Red Dead, Xbox one X has e105 and e102 errors and simply wont work, 2 days before warranty expired so I guess thats a good thing. Booking in with Shopto when they open tomorrow.First Console that has ever died on me :-(

I had to buy assassins creed on the Pro to keep me going as I suspect this is going to take a while.

Anyone else have any experience of how long these take to get resolved ?

Can only go off when I got RRoD on the 360. Microsoft collected it, sent it to Germany, repaired it and had it back to me in under a week. Excellent service on their part. As I say though this was on the 360. Never had a problem with the one or one X to date.

I opted for the advanced exchange service, had a new console in 2 days and then sent mine back in the packaging they provided.

Result. Shopto have given me a full refund. (well apparently anyway, yet to arrive in bank) going to look at the black Friday deals and grab something decent hopefully.

Lol yes, decided to keep the money and stick with the Pro and PC gaming but fantastic service nonetheless.
