How do I access it?

I already have the deluxe version, done the ranger mission and as soon as I go out of one the trade towns, nothing happens.

Before the game was released, I checked the gameplay footage on Youtube, and that helped me make up my mind that it's worth buying the game.

Having said that, I never hesitated to buy it.

Before the DLC was released, I would have been split down the middle as to recommending the game.

After the DLC was released, I'd say buy it, it may not have online, but then that doesn't bother me in any way.
