Unable to download PS4 Skyrim game from Playstation store

Hi.

I tried to download Skyrim on PS4 yesterday.I paid using Paypalbut the notification said " unable to download".I cannot still download the game. At the moment, the PS4 is connected wirelessly. The download is around 32GB.

Any ideas please?

It seems there is 22GB left on my PS4's internal hard drive. So I added an external 5TB usb hard drive. This may be the problem.

How do I point the download to the external hard drive? Should I delete something from the PS4's internal hard drive?

Thanks, it is downloading now. However, how do I point future game installs to the external drive?

A bit late, but if you're still wondering:-
Head to Settings > Devices > USB Storage Devices and select your external hard drive.Select Format as Extended Storage
