US account on UK PS4 still possible ?

Hi

I used to have a PS4 set up with a UK account and US account, i bought games on the US account and played them on the other accounts on the system

Ive not used PS4 for ages but got a PS Pro today and it wont login on my US account . I can log into PS pro but not PSN , what am i forgetting ?

I can log into the store on on the US account on my Mac so its not password related , are they geo blocked these days ? ive also deactivated the old PS4 on PSN

solved it , with US support help , i had to set my privacy options to Non on all categories for some reason , all good now
