High 5 All,Dose any body know of a Blue tooth 5 gaming headset with a stick microphone, please?

I've read good things about BT 5, most notably the sharply improved range at no cost to the battery.
With regards to the microphone, how can a tiny little microphone on the ear speaker pick up what you are saying very well? That would be like trying to read a news paper from across the street.
