has E3 lost it's charm ?

now we are getting close to E3, has it become a little stale or irrelevant for you ?

I used to love watching the big conferences from the likes of Sony, Microsoft and Ubisoft showing off their latest titles but the last couple of years there seems so many leaks from alleged insider knowledge leading up to E3 it doesn't get me excited anymore that we already know what's going to be shown before it's even started. I think Nintendo hit the right stride by having their own Nintendo Direct shows and Nindie events

do you still look forward to it as much as you used to ?

I believe the industry has changed moved on, Sony in particular along with major AAA that have more of an opportunity to announce the games at a time that suits them rather than suits E3 . E3 can still be a showcase but does not have the revelence it once had in exclusive firsts .
