Adding Video Game Box, also have a reputation for taking the money and not delivering, but they run with the same name, have for ages, as far as I know.
My personal experience;
Ordered two OS limited edition offerings of a game, pre-orders, months before release, not to be had anywhere else at the time, all in for £300 plus, immediate payment, release date came and went, no games, after much 2-and-fro, they just deleted my account, clawed it back from CC in the end. Police have contacted me a year after fraud
They have a suspect and took a statement
