Had been planning to skip it, but got an alert that the PlayStation classic was reduced to £16 so quickly logged in and bought one (they sold out a few minutes later).

Must be busy though, as instead of the usual next day delivery it just says it will arrive 'by Saturday'.

I didn't even know about Prime day, and I'm not even a Prime member... but I did start a 7 day trial a couple of days ago.

Anyway, I needed a high capacity external hard drive (RAID 1) to more conveniently store and access the huge amount personal and client video projects I've accumulated.

So 2 days ago, I check the price of a model I was interested in on Amazon... a 20TB WD MyBook Duo, but at £650 I wanted a few days to think about it.

Then today I check it again... only it is down to £337 !!!    Pretty much half price. Its probably the biggest discount I've seen on anything... and I've been having a look around. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Also, the Logitech Harmony Elite is £115 today... down from £300.   If I didn't already have one, I'd snap this up too.

Cool, so you did it. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 For example, some of the iPads have been sold out very quickly too. Amazon is extremely busy I guess, it seems like people shop more and more.

Wow, so that paid off! Some of the deals were really unresistible.
