You will love the Provari, it's a great device and worth every penny.

Apart from the build quality, what do one of these expensive pieces of kit have over the LT?
Does it improve the flavour and/or vapour production?

I can't justify the price just for a battery system that looks & feels better but does not actually improve the experience.

But I don't know?

Great question that!data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

I'd be interested in hearing the answers too.

I want a Provari but do I NEED a Provari? data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

I had a lavatube and when it worked it was pretty good. I kept having issues with my vivi novas crushing the battery gromit though and then I'd have to spend time digging it out again. The Provari doesn't have any of these issues and when you set a voltage that's what you get right until the battery is dead. There's no fall off in vapour/taste over the whole battery.

I was like you and found it hard to justify but when I dropped my LT nothing would screw on straight any more so instead of throwing good money after bad I just bit the bullet and ordered one. Best thing I've ever done. I've had no issues with it at all and it vapes like a train data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

I asked myself the same thing and for a while i struggled to justify the cost data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

However, a few things eventually made me decide.

1. I have vaped for just over a year and do not see that changing any time soon.
2. I want another VV device and cannot find anything nicer than the provari.
3. I intend to get into rebuildables and there are some very nice looking expensive atties available and felt that i needed a good quality base to mount them on.

Do i really need it? No.

Do i want it? Oh yeah.

Will i tell my missus how much it cost? No chance data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Try Pixie Juice - found them great for sweet flavours.

This has been debated so many times on various forums and still continues to do so. From what I can tell, yes, it is better build quality and no, the vape will be the same.

Tomthebomb makes some good points.

I've got 4 lavatubes, all of which work fine but I'm sure I'll end up getting a Provari at some point unless something better comes out.

Edit: Surprise, surprise, they are currently talking about the Provari.

All depends on how they manage their output mate.

LT seems to struggle with low resistance stuff - thats why ive gone for one of Throathits VV boxes as it has a lot more power and last up to week between charges as it has 2 batteries and a better regulated supply.

Its not that expensive at £100 though.

I'll always keep my LT as its done me well but I'm chewing through batteries on my cobra with it

Had the new toy for a few day's and the cost aside i am really impressed with it.

Looks great, fantastic quality and the missus says it matches the coffee tabledata:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Must say that does look good.
How much was it? I see you can pick the mini up for around 150USD in the states but over here they are around 170.
