That is just condensation between the glass itself and the polycarbonate shell that protects the glass tank.

good if you have the power, the t8 coils are best at 120w. and will suck the 6ml dry in under 100 decent hits. (tested as i I have two)
Great tank but i do prefer using the RBA rather than the proper coils, but the T8 coils are great.
Its still a bit foggy though and not like a freshly cleaned window but you can see through it
