Oh I do too, but after reading this thread and seeing people walk in to the office with fried chicken and burgers..
I'm going to be the unhealthy one on the thread as im just craving unhealthy food. I think i might take a walk down to KFC and grabbing a zinger tower meal.
That is always a worry, I remember reading a few years ago that there was only 3/4 years left, I wonder if they are still on target with that figure or it was just pulled out of the air.
I can't understand how people can do fast food every day for lunch, it's very rare I do but when I do I feel so bloated and tired for the afternoon then come the evening I don't want a proper meal... perhaps it's just me, but I much prefer something lighter for lunch.
I had a KFC on Friday- it is a press day tradition. This means I won't have one for another four weeks now. By preference, if I am having junk, I'd rather have a BK but I am out voted so the Colonel it is.

I'm normally quite healthy at work and bring in home made stir fry's or pasta's or if i nip into town get sandwiches from the local butchers that serve hot and cold food, so i can get a nice sandwich that isn't 90% mayonaise!
There are the odd times i crave something unhealthy. Our towns probably one of the few in the UK without a high street mcd's or BK after McD's shut late last year and KFC is about 10-15 mins walk so ive been good more often than not as i only take half hour lunches. Today though im finishing work in about 10 mins for the day so have time to kill and KFC is on the cards.
We've one lad at work who only eats take away food. He's an 6' 3" skinny ectomorph so never puts on weight

Ultimately it's his and others people choice as to what they eat but it does make me laugh when the next thing you hear them say is how they've never any money or don't eat XYZ as it 'has no taste'
