Few of my friends have started to use it.I may have a go as it does connect to my WattBike.First 50k is free I believe.
Also if your strava premium member I think you get 2 months free too.

Ye just finished the first 50k and started the 2 months trial.

It's worth a try.100% better than just sitting out in my garage slogging away for 30/40 min.I'm just using a normal turbo trainer but few of my mates have interactive turbos that put breaks on up the hills etc seems pretty cool.

Never heard of it! I used to get bored on my turbo trainer and haven't used it in over a year!
Might have to dig it out again

Ye same with me, I hadn't used the turbo for past 9 months.Have been on it most days since.

30 mins is a warm up!With turbos it depends what your doing on them.I'll write some turbo programs which vary in intensity and results if you would like a change?

I use the turbo throughout the summer too.

I try use the turbo to just keep the legs spinning between real rides. If I do 30 min it will be high resistancefast intervals.

I used to use sufferfest videos

There are plenty of other things other than just spinning.Which will benefit more than just turning the legs over.

Never used videos.Wife seems to like the idea, I think it's because the stuff I write for her is too hard haha
She has to use that effort word data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
