All great advice, thank you. Diet is definitely something I know I need to look at but the hours I work and where I live means dinner is the only meal I can change but by and large that's normally a decent mix of meat and veg.

For what reason?

530am starts in sunny Saudi Arabia!

Lots of people have early starts, you just need to be prepared the night before. Not sure what the shopping situation is like but something like a nutribullet with a load of fruit and veg in the morning could help and takes minutes.

Diet is down to organisation, if Mrs C and I didn't give up a couple of hours for food prep on a Sunday I'd be living out of the butty van in the layby. We'll make up 6 days worth of food and then it's one less thing to think about. Same with getting my gym kit ready the night before, if I do it in the morning on the way to work I forget stuff. Ultimately if it's important to you, then you'll do it, it's not then you won't.

Careful you don't fall off that pedestal and hurt yourself.

In this situation it's nothing to do with organisation it's purely cultural, in the office I work at everyone is expected to dine together with locally provided dishes, would be incredibly inappropriate if I rocked up with a packed lunch.

Acknowledging this fact and going back to the OP, I was looking for advice on supplements to mitigate this but good to know you are all so well organised.

Don't worry, I'm far worse at being organised, and my diet would make peoples heads implode it's so bad data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Knowing what I know about Saudi's and their love of good food, how is diet even an issue? The food is great out there so there should be no need for supplements. Until you know why you need supplements, there's no way to know what supplements you need, back to the docs and give the health insurance a hammering to find the root cause.

Failing that there's all sorts of stimulants available in that part of the world, the penalties for use and getting caught are a bit different to the counselling you'd get over here though.

I suggested a couple of supplements but you conveniently ignored them... data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
