A good way to start is to keep a diary for a week or 2 for everything you eat and drink , and your workouts. So on a daily basis you can see if your eating anough. Just something like a good 200-300 good calories , that means staying away from refined sugars and so on, over a month that would be approx 2lb gain,1 stone plus in a year give or take .
