Dental stain issue caused due to bad water :(

I have a very bad stained teeth data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 But I don't drink coffee often. So I guess the problem is with the water that we use to drink and cook. I ran into such a conclusion when all of us at home started getting stained teeth. Mine is terrible data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 I have already fixed an appointment witha dentist at Emergency Dental Clinic,TorontoAfter the consultation, I also plan to fix a water filter at home as my friend suggested , But I have no idea on water filters and their types. So please suggest me the most relevant. Our tap water is kind of orange coloured and hard.So kindly share suggestions on the type of filter to be used. Also please let me know whether anyone had similar issues.
Thanks!

If your water is orange, then any filter can't make it worse!

Do your neighbours have the same issue? Could be your pipework corroding.
