HIIT training is also a fast and efficient way to burn fat. I use the Results app from Runtastic. Need no equipment and if you have enough space to lay on the floor then you have enough space to do the exercises. Plus they get naturally and progressively harder, have videos to show the excercises first and have the opportunity to join in with a social feed for other uses all over the world to help with the motivation.
