Sometimes when home and drunk I go down to the kitchen put the oven on (great idea!) and make myself sandwitches with a bit of butter on the bottom then stripes of ham, mushrooms and/or a bit of sausages, lots of cheese to cover it all and spices on top (my favourite - paprika, chilli, oregano and whatever else I can find) and put it in the oven in 180 degees until the cheese is melted and bread crunchy. Hmm lovely. I might do it again tonight

Modern day doner meat isn't nearly as greasy as it used to be, it's a lot drier and needs plenty of sauce.
So you're talking about a grilled chicken salad wrap - that isn't a kebab!

Nah, it's a chicken kebab, I like the chicken special which has donner too, the house special has kofteh and shish added. I have to have lots of jalepenos on too
