Mashed potato ?
Should it mashed until it's creamed like baby food , or should it contain a certain amount of lumpiness ? Baby food Or should it moved to the Food forum? I have to say, it is lighter, and a greater volume can be created using less potato.Knob of butter an a splash of milk. Gorgeous... Don't have that often, but when we do it's riced. Definitely creamed, especially with a scoop of cream cheese thrown in.
