Mine would be about 50kg! Though if I were to try to move her six feet, it would be down, not up data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Well guys I've not been pushing myself too hard because of Christmas, new year and the inevitable cold but I just got 42.5kg for 5x8 without too much trouble. I'm not at my goal yet but I'm on the way.

Maybe encourage your wife to lose weight? Might be easier data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Are we talking two hands here?
The Mrs is about 50kg and there’s not a cat in hells chance she’ll let me pick her up above my head.
I’m 120kg and could press her equivalent 30 or 40 times on a bar or log. Bodies are different though, the instability makes it a lot harder.
