Thought I would take a punt at that us one since I bought the stuff for it anyway but the mix didn't come out as thick as his video.Probably due to conflicting us to uk measurements but I'll give the other a go at the weekend.

Oven does seem to be a bit of according to this thermometer.
350f supposed to be gas 4 but on gas 3 it sits at 350
Couldn't get clear pic of the thermometer inside oven.

Over 50m is been in, middle rose a lot and still not cooked near bottom in the middle but everywhere else is getting hard lol
Dosed to be in 25-30m

My wife made one just like that at the weekend. Tasted fantastic despite it's appearance.

Doesn’t look too bad that,a tip with lemon drizzle, leave cake in the tin when you drizzle it, I use a carving fork put holes all,over it then pour over, can leave to cool in the tin after it absorbs all that icing saves it going everywhere.

It ended up being quite hard though, probably due to the middle rising a lot so taking longer to cook.
Not to mention it ended up being guesswork on the measurements, I think I should have gone from 4 eggs to 3 since they were large eggs.
