4K & blurred vision

I just got my eyes tested last week after noticing a downturn with my eyesight, seems like I’m short sighted, I picked up my glasses today. I have been thinking thatI have been seeing 4K in all its glory!! How wrong was I I’m currently watching football on the Virgin 3v box and everything has came to life, it’slike a 60% / 70% increase in performance. the clarity and sharpness is mind blowing, everything has been blurred before and I’ve never realised it until now ...I’ve stuck a couple of uhd’s on to test “I’m gobsmacked” it feels like I just bought a new state of the art native 4K projector, Iwish I got my eyes tested years ago what a fool!

Get your eyes tested!

Exact same thing happened to me, I got glasses 2 weeks ago - again short sighted. Got loads of UHD Bluray too and now the difference between HD and 4K is apparent lol.

Lol, it is truly incredible, I’ve been thinking that. Virgin has been putting out a crap picture with the football for years on HD, it’s like looking at an OLED now happy days. I’ve been falling asleep really early also once I watch the screen, I’m wondering if this has had anything to do with it, my son was just telling me he done the same before he got his glasses

Sadly my glasses are for the computer. So unless I'm sitting 2ft away from my 55" UHD....
