Chilli oil...
I like to have chilli oil in the house and we're down to the last drops of our Portuguese Piri Piri oil and also our homemade chilli oil that's made with olive oil and dried naga chillies...I particularly delicate (but intense) heat from the home made oil we made...
I'm after some recommendations for dried chillies to buy...so, over to you...

Nice heat and flavour, although I do add them to other chillies as well.
You probably know anyway, but gloves are still required with the dried as well.
