Yeah did see the chewable ones, to be honest I’d probable keep forgetting to take them, it’s taken me a year to get into the habit of taking the whey protein regularly lol but helped by nifty blender I bought off amazon so easy to use,

I was recommended my protein by my best mate, and I would say if it works for him it’s doing its job data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

They do seem to always have sales, ,
Will look into the creatine beta-alanine stack thing,

Have been doing weights/training on and off since I was at school, when I was younger I took all the supplements including amino acid tablets that were like horse pills data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

But haven’t done that for years, I don’t want a medicine cabinet full of poppers, but obviously if I’m going to take something it’s got to be doing me some good, hence the protein and there’s the creatine once I’ve researched it some more,

It’s taken me 3 years to get to were I am, and lost/trimmed 12kg on the way, I could of probably got there in 1 Year, but like the odd pizza/curry and bottle of red wine, life’s to short data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

I recall back in the late 80s when I dabbled with weights (but was a waste of time then as I didn't stick at it) - that amino acids were all the rage, then of course some years later whey protein came about as I guess it was a by-product of the cheese industry...and the rest is history..!

I've always been skinny, was 10 stone until I was around 30...and I'm just over 6 foot tall...

now I like to keep fit mainly, and fairly happy where I'm at..

There is no need to take 10g or creatine a day. If you are taking it regularly 2-3 grams is enough. More is not better.

Creatine: What It Is And How It Works

i normally just take it mon-fri... but I'd also classify myself as a non-responder so it works for me...

A very interesting article ! I also watched a video on 5 ways to spike your insulin levels, which your link suggests to use foods to help spike the levels after a workout to help with the uptake of creatine into the muscles !

Still not sure on the loading of creatine, but that article does shed more light on how much to use, think Im Definitely going to add it to my protein shake as MYprotein
Suggests,as I take this 1-2 hoursafter I train and eat inbetween that usually porridge but I have this with blueberries so that might be enough to spike my insulin levels if not then add more fruit

Loving all the research needed data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Do you like stims?
I use Rich Piana 5% or Chikara Samurai

For non stim I use Noise.

What are they and how do they help,
Always open to new ideas

Stimulants like caffeine, some have a higher caffeine content in them.
They make you more focused.
