Anyone interested in cooking curry?
I've recently brought a good selection of new spices and ingredients as I'm interested in learning to cook more curries, and similar dishes from India. I'd also be interested to try authentic dishes from Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh too.I've had a look at websites such as Video Jug for recipe ideas, but does anyone know of any good specialist websites? Also what books are good? I'm looking for tasty recipes so that I can learn to cook myself, a range of curries such as Vindaloo, Balti, Madras, Tikka Masala, Korma etc... instead of buying sauces from ready made jars.data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 I'm interested! data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 I was just thinking at lunch it would be nice to make some indian food from scratch.. there are some guys from work who have some homemade stuff for lunch and it smells sooooo good. I'm a very keen home curry chef and have used this site for years:

The guy at work had a 'cauliflower masala' so I looked it up
