Same as others really, a 1 hour blast before we all wake up to lift the house from 16C overnight to 20C, plus heat up the water, and then a few hours in the evening.

The boiler is turned less than halfway up and runs for about 20% of the on-time, once the initial heat has built up.

Worth looking at your pump - if your system has one, as the newer ones have variable flow rates, so that you can more closely match your heating requirements to the boiler output. Ours is set to less than 70% of maximum flow rate.
