Well you are entitled to your view, but I can assure you there is no shortage of speculation in the US over what the implications would be if another conservative Justice were elected. Considering that there is already a Conservative majority in the Court, another could swing the balance for a generation.
A lot of Liberals are getting rather concerned what that would mean for RvW or immigration reform etc.
