Meanwhile I'll stick to my view that smearing people with being on Grindr and/or being gay is wrong.
Grindr is a location based app that uses geo tagging to allow gay men to find others in close proximity.
So when someone refers to it being a list from an app using geo tagging and a very similar app name, it's hardly a stretch to believe they were implying they were gay, and that this was a slur.
