Link please. That's a hell of a guess.
Or if you want to run with that, there's a lot of people who want to Remain but not the current version of Remain.
Some might want us in but to veto more, some on here have definitely been in favour of us having the Euro.
Others have said we should be in but we should be ignoring the EU's rules on certain things as some other countries have done.
There's no single version of Remain or leave.
But that wasn't the question.
The question was leave or remain.
It was down to each person to weigh up both and then decide which way to vote.
The same as AV or FPTP
Scottish Independence
Welsh Devolution
Whether to be in the EU in the first place.
Whether we should have a monarchy or not.
It's one or the other.
No different to the other 47 referenda related to the EU.
And the vote for Remain was smaller.
So what's your version of Remain?
EU army?
Euro?
Shengen?
Only once you start saying what you'd like I bet it will be different to someone else.

It's been on actual deployments.

You can't stop it. You can decide to not commit troops.
The EU is made up of some countries who are neutral. Rather than have them risk their neutrality or veto the EU army's formation it has been set up so those want to commit troops can and those who can't, don't.
But you can't veto it.
Note also I've heard others claim it doesn't exist as there's no actual standing army. True. But that means NATO and the UN also don't exist as they are also both made up of countries committing troops to Nato and to the UN.
Seeing as you don't seem aware of any of that how sure are you of anything else?

That's not an 'EU Army' in the way it's been discussed.

Two days after referendum official talks have started. It was kept pretty quiet. It’s been continuing ever since.

I entirely agree Pecker. And I see Operation Althea is quoted again even though it is using NATO structures and reports to the NATO Deputy to the Supreme Allied Commander Europe.

Great.
Just one question. Which bit of "EU led military operation with more than 600 troops under the responsibility of the council of the EU" means it's not an EU army? data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
