So what’s the difference. Still the same thick people voting. Aren’t you saying only intelligent people should be allowed to vote? Or have I misunderstood?

Goooner Publish time 25-11-2019 21:44:38

So what’s the difference? Both parties stated their cases for leaving or remaining, the voters made up their minds on the evidence presented to them.

the IQ test   policy test, I think, will make people think a bit more about what they are doing and invalidate quite a few votes from uninformed people (uninformed=stupid)
but you might be right, nothing can save us!

Fortunately those who read your posts can draw the same conclusion.

Quite right. There is the addition that an MP can have their own agenda and the agenda of their Political Party which overrides the wishes of the constituency the MP represents.

MPs can also be persuaded by lobbying and other outside interests. Also who is to say financial benefits or other forms of enticement come into the mix or not?

MPs are human, just like the rest of us below the salt.

Why not it happens all the time. And it's the very foundation of representative democracy and besides last election demonstrated how many of the electorate where dissatisfied with the Conservative Governments Brexit direction, so much so it removed its full working majority and a majority not seen since the early 90s.

Over 2 million more voted conservative in 2017 than 2015.

I came to the conclusion people really want this no matter the personal costs. They are so bought in into whatever they were told they just regurgitate random things to support their point (we all know both brexit and remainers use massive echo-chambers to get their info from and we, people, are naturally biased). Brexit at any costs is what bothers me, blindly to just fulfil someone’s random agenda.

Fun fact: I asked 2 brexiters(its the max I could find within work/friends circles) f2f what gaining back sovereignty meant to them and they could not respond. I doubt many even know what the word means.

Latest figures also show more people want now UK to leave even more than before the vote, so yes- apparently in the eyes of the public tories are doing great.

Neither tories, labour or greens appeal to me (no way ukip)
We need something new!
