Need some inspiration

We've been a bit disorganised for the summer for all sorts of (bad data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7) reasons...But could do with a bit of inspiration to do something a bit different...

We'd like; Villa with private pool, three separate bedrooms, Sunshine data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7, a bit of class, generally eat out in decent quality restaurants, don't east chips with everything, and aren't heavy drinkers, and don't want to be out in the sticks...Renting a car is no problem at all. Budget can be generous but as I'm Dutch with a Yorkshire mum and Scottish dad I do know the value of money, but happy to spend it for the right product.

Any suggestions for something like the above, ideally in walking distance's of a nice classy strip of bars, restaurants, boutiques etc...

Anywhere in the world is ok data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 Answers on a postcard data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

A friend is in Cefalu and said it is beautiful. From reading your requirements, somewhere in southern Italy springs to mind. Maybe Sardinia.

We would love Italy, never really managed to find a villa with pool that is decent and near a town though.

Florida, lovely villas and plenty of areas to eat and drink.

Hehehe 1 Bedroom, and in the middle of nowhere data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 sure there are plenty of nice villas in Italy, but few where you can walk into town.

It’s on the list, once the children don’t want to come along with us. Way too boring otherwise.

It did cross our mind, I’ve been in many a time. It is a very car driven place. Restaurants are often spread out location wise and chain ones. But it’s a big place so if you have a suggestion more narrowed down to the brief I’m all ears data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Ps. We are sorted now.

Villa, Flights etc booked for Playa Blanca, Lanzarote for a couple of weeks.

About to finalise Curacao for the Christmas period.

Just want to go somewhere else. Do something totally different with the family for a few days to break up the school holidays. Something active, but not to hot. Something weird and unique. If Tchernobyl hasn’t become so popular that would have been good data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
