Ryanair threatened with legal action by UK regulator - Ryanair threatened with legal action
The CAA said information provided on Ryanair's website failed to make it clear that the airline was obliged to refund all expenses incurred as a result of the flight cancellation.
Those expenses included meals, hotels, as well as transfer costs to re-route passengers on other airlines when there was no suitable alternative, the CAA said.

Based on that guy on the radio show above why on earth would anyone want to work for Ryanair?

I think it's just about using Ryanair to get some flying experience and then moving onto something better when you have it.
Another reason why I'd avoid Ryanair. Would you be confident in a new car driver who'd just passed his test? Yes he can drive. Not much experience though. If you saw a Ryanair plane with L plates or P plates on it, like with a car, would you be so happy about boarding?
