Turbo pipe

Hi i am new to this page have a problem with my Nissan qashqai 2012 i had black smoke coming out of the exhaust i was pulling a caravan at the time the car lost power I pulled into a layby and a kind Man helped me and noticed the turbo pipe is split i have ordered a new one but I wondered if there would be any other damage that may have happened as I had to drive it to a safe place

Nope, just replace pipe and off you go.

You can get special heat resistant tape to repair split pipes if it happens again. It’ll do as a temporary fix.

Have change it and still no power and still black smoke

You’ve still got a boost leak somewhere.

I hope it not the turbo that has gone
recovery came car out side garage now hope to know soon what is wrong thanks
