They are every woman! (And sometimes man)
I think this show is witty, clever, hilarious and well done. Its just as good as Key and Peele and the Tracey Ullman show, two of my favorites. The actresses are brilliant. The writing is creative (Rome and Julissa as Romeo and Juliet was simply inspired, seeing a clip of it led me to HAVE to finally watch the series.) If you don't think its funny I actually get that. You must not understand the horror of not sleeping with something on your head, you may have never actually gone to a black family reunion, you must never have seen one episode of Red Table Talk. I was horrified to see myself at the Basic Ball and I STILL laughed mmfao. It's a comedy sketch show so there will be some stuff that's stupid...but the stupid stuff is funny too. There is not one character I hate. The Hertep lady kills me, like Damon Wayons prison character from In Living Color. I had to pause the gang employee meeting cause I couldn't stop laughing. The guest stars are delightful surprises tossed in there everywhere. Even my 14 year old daughter loves it. I submit, it may appeal to a limited audience, brilliant black women, but I absolutely love it.score 10/10
