I spoke to Carl about this IBF situation and the IBF are happy for a unification to override a mandatory against Adonis Stevenson, as long as all details etc can be confirmed - and they're a long way off anything concrete.
GYM who promote Stevenson say they might wait for the purse bid Jan 15th and go large to get Froch in Canada in March or April.
But Carl's mrs is expecting a little girl and I can see a vacating of the belt if they win it. If matchroom win then it will be May at Nottingham Arena vs Adonis Stevenson.

I don't see why Kessler wouldn't want to fight Froch again, he's never been one to duck opponents in the past and it should be a real 50/50 as both Froch and Kessler have been looking on fire recently.
