Good Movie
Generally I steer clear of hoemgrown movies - however, this one was quite good.It wasn't "typically Dublin" or "typically Irish", which was good. It was just a good movie which happened to be set in Dublin. The story lines were good and well thought out and intertwine nicely. There a few nice twists in it too and it wasn't too heavy. Movies are supposed to be entertaining which this was.
There was also no cringe moments, which is unusual for a homgrown. The only other homegrown I saw which was world class was Michael Collins. If there were more irish films like this then maybe the IFI would grow.
